Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 5 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the payment mode and order type.
